1. Notification to Tencent
If you believe that content provided on the Tencent WeGame Distribution Platform infringes your rights, you may file a notification with Tencent. All notifications should include as much of the following information as possible (any notification of alleged copyright infringement under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA") must include at a minimum all items indicated with an asterisk (*)):
(1) Your contact information and supporting materials
(2) Identification of the material you claim has been infringed*
(3) Identification of the content that is claimed to be infringing*
(4) Proof of ownership and additional information

The notification must include the following statement: "I believe in good faith that the use of the content as described in this notification is not authorized by the owner of the allegedly infringed right, its agent, or the law. I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the owner of the allegedly infringed right or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
(6) Signature*
The notification must be signed (electronic signature is acceptable) by the owner of the right allegedly infringed or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
2. Tencent’s response
After receipt of a notification that satisfies the requirements described in Section 1, Tencent may take appropriate measures in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, which may include forwarding the notification to the owner of the allegedly infringing game and removal or disabling access to the allegedly infringing game.
3. Counter-notification
If Tencent receives a notification under Section 1 for content you uploaded to the Tencent WeGame Distribution Platform, you may submit a counter-notification with Tencent which should include as much of the following information as possible. Any counter-notification under the DMCA must include at minimum all items indicated with an asterisk (*):
(1) Your contact information*
(2) Identification of the content that was removed*
(3) Consent to jurisdiction and service of process*
(4) Required Statement*
(5) Signature*
4. Miscellaneous
(1) A claimant filing a notification under the DMCA must be the owner of the copyright, trademark, patent, or other right allegedly infringed, or an authorized agent of the owner.
(2) To ensure the authenticity and validity of the notification, we recommend that the claimant, where possible, provide original copies of supporting documents required as set forth in Section 1. Alternatively, photocopies of such documents may be provided with your signature or seal. If any supporting documents are in a foreign language, such supporting documents must be notarized and submitted in accordance with the applicable laws.
(3) Submission of a notification or counter-notification may be made in one of the following ways:

(4) If you have already initiated an administrative complaint or litigation with the relevant government authority, to assist Tencent in responding to your notification of alleged infringement, you may provide Tencent with the certified receipt issued by the relevant government authority and any materials provided to such government authority.
5. Repeat Infringement
Tencent may terminate the accounts of users, developers, and publishers that are determined by Tencent to be repeat infringers.
